ABOUT COMMORGA
I founded COMMORGA so your team can stay focused on running the business while your space transition gets the dedicated execution leadership it needs.
KRISTI OMDAHL
My background
I spent 20 years in marketing leadership, overseeing major initiatives for brands like CorePower Yoga, Procter & Gamble, Coors, Cherry Creek North, and PostNet.
My work involved managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring execution across multiple stakeholders. I led product launches, process development, brand campaigns, large-scale events, and strategic initiatives that required precision, coordination, and accountability.
Along the way, I increasingly led operational projects—corporate relocations, facility planning, organizational transitions—because companies needed dedicated execution leadership. That's where I saw the pattern.

THE PATTERN
Here's what I noticed: these workplace transitions were massive projects—and the companies I worked for were trying to manage them on top of everyone's day job.
I found myself leading large scale marketing initiatives while also coordinating a relocation. My operations colleagues were running their departments while managing construction timelines. Finance was closing the quarter while vetting furniture vendors.
The result? Projects took longer, details fell through cracks, and our actual work suffered because no one could give the transition the focus it needed. We were all doing two jobs, and neither one was getting done at 100%.
That's when I realized: companies don't just need good vendors. They need dedicated outside leadership support—someone whose full-time focus is owning the transition from planning through operational readiness.

WHAT I BRING
That experience taught me what companies need during workplace transitions: managing complex projects with multiple vendors, tight timelines, and high stakes; keeping teams informed and minimizing disruption to daily operations; thinking strategically about what needs to happen while staying on top of tactical details that determine whether a space is actually ready on day one.
Most importantly, understanding businesses—how they operate, what leadership needs, and how to execute without creating chaos.
WHY COMMORGA
That's why I founded COMMORGA.
Companies need dedicated execution leadership for workplace transitions—someone whose only job is ensuring they're operationally ready through change.
I work with CFOs, COOs, HR leaders, and executives managing relocations, renovations, expansions, consolidations, or space optimization—transitions that require dedicated focus and expertise their internal teams don't have capacity for.
